California Supreme Court Rules for Gay Marriage Rights

The California Supreme court by a 4-3 margin overturned California's ban on same sex marriages. California becomes the second state in the United States to recognize Gay marriage rights.

Anti-Gay marriage Activists are already trying to put a Marriage Amendment on the November ballot as has been done in many other states in the past. Basically the ammendments say that a marriage can only be between a man and a women.

The city of San Francisco and about two dozen gay and lesbian rights groups sued in March 2004 after the court halted San Francisco's same-sex weddings.

This could be avery big campaign issue in the November elections throughout the country as groups on both sides battle it out.

Why do the gays have to be married to each other in the first place.
It is crap !!! to me people. If they are getting special priveledges
and rights that I do not know then it ought stop before riots break
out with the people.

WHAT IS HAPPENING IS FEMME AND BUTCH HAVE SPECIAL RIGHTS OVER ALL
THE OTHERS NOW IN CALIFORNIA. IF OTHER STATES FOLLOW THEN THE LIFE OF
THE PEOPLE IS ASSUREDLY LOST TO THE S*** THAT GAVE THEM SUCH POWER
AND RIGHTS WITH THE LAW.

Outrageously that homosexuals gays lesbians get to count in this
country with special rights. How can you justify marrying people of
the same sex and then pull off the benefits part.

People are crazy to destroy the status quo. It is not funny that such
court case was ruled in favor of the homosexuals. More importantly,
it will become a campaign issue this 2008 election year. Crazy people
doing crazy things wanting to change our way of life. Those
homosexuals are a special interest group that does not matter to me.

How unfortunate that such California supreme court ruling took place
when it should never have been won.

What happens when taxes are filed with gay marriage couples. Are we
going to have them file it jointly or separately. Sounds ridiculous
until the dollar sign shows up in which category. Who will benifit
from such gay marriages.

How stupid can those judges be ? They gave the power to a garbage
kind that does nothing but end life of the people. Hide those
garbage, rid ourselves of their trash. It makes me sick to death to
know that homosexuals get special treatment over the good people.
What a bunch of crap !!!!!!!

The government could never allow them in the military because of
their blood is tainted with something disgusting. Homosexuals should
represent nothing and the court decision in california should be
overturned.

They should outlaw the homosexuals of this country. Send them
somewhere else. And most of all never allow them in government or in
the military.

Posted by Chris on 5/15/2008 4:12:15 PM
This is scrary homosexuals getting to marry the same sex. It will
destroy the fabric of this nation. Now who is the wife and who is the
husband. Who will get the benifits of the country's taxes. How much
will be spent on them.
